Situated near the shores of Lake Washington, this project focused on honoring the home’s historic architecture while modernizing it for a contemporary lifestyle. Our clients sought to preserve the property’s traditional character while introducing a personal, updated aesthetic. We executed a comprehensive remodel of the kitchen and dining room, complemented by a thoughtful refresh of the remaining living spaces through updated paint, flooring, and lighting.

In the kitchen, which received top honors from the GRAY Awards, we utilized refined cabinetry and high-end finishes to create a space that feels both timeless and innovative. By pairing architectural integrity with a curated selection of furniture and decor, we established a cohesive interior that respects the home’s heritage while prioritizing modern luxury.
