Kirkland Modern Residence
When our clients decided to move into their new construction home, they wanted to bring the same feeling of their current home, which we also designed, with them. We worked with the developer to modify the finishes that weren’t already installed: hardwood flooring, the fireplace slab, the railing, paint, accent lighting, wallpaper and simple window treatments. Then we selected new furniture and art while making the most of their existing pieces from their smaller home. The end result is a minimalist clean space with sculptural furniture combined and new personalized art to add to their collection.
