RAVENNA Seattle
Craftsman
This Seattle Craftsman serves as a study in balanced contrast, where traditional structure meets a high-nerve blend of Art Nouveau and Deco modernism. The design prioritizes a resolved atmosphere over mere decoration, utilizing a moody palette and disciplined edits to unify the home’s diverse influences. From the dramatic floral textures of the great room to the sharp geometry of the private quarters, every environment is built to reward a second look.

In the primary living areas, plain surfaces were traded for depth. Dark wallcoverings and floor-to-ceiling drapery establish a sense of permanence, while a show-stopping fringe chandelier creates a modern focal point against vintage Murano glass. We entirely reimagined the kitchen for seamless utility, replacing visual clutter with full-height cabinetry and integrated paneling that prioritizes clean lines over standard finishes.
The private suites continue the study in proportion. In the primary bath, we reclaimed a challenging angled ceiling as a feature through stained glass mirroring, a nod to Deco glamour, while a reworked layout opened the space to light. Throughout the second level, from the office retreat to the transition landings, the home maintains a cohesive rhythm through desaturated tones and a rigorous attention to scale.
