South lake union remodel
Our team designed the remodel and specified all of the finishes and fixtures to create a custom new space for our client. We left the existing exposed wood ceiling, but nearly everything else changed. Phase 2 will bring in furniture and decor items.
A mix of warm walnut, charcoal, white and black was carried throughout the condo with the new finishes and fixtures. Cork flooring was removed to expose the concrete floor which we then had polished. Soapstone countertops finish the kitchen and living room cabinetry while cararra marble countertops finish the new bathroom vanity. The kitchen backsplash is a geometric pattern from Heath Ceramics. The bathroom has two charcoal hexagon walls that are tied together with the same hexagon on the floor and flanked by matte white rectangular tiles.
